REMODELS & ADDITIONS:

We will first schedule an in-person meeting with an experienced residential builder and designer regarding your project. We will go over your needs and ideas, and offer insights on rough costs and project considerations. Measurements will then be taken and a personalized sketch of your remodel will be created. Once the design and costs are approved, we can begin the remodel process. We will provide you with an estimated schedule and completion date, and keep you posted on the progress.

NEW CONSTRUCTION:

Building a new home from the ground up can be an exciting, yet daunting experience. We partner with you every step of the home building process, keeping you involved through it all to make this experience as easy as possible. Whether you have consulted with an architect or are in the beginning stages of finding a lot, we can help. We work with experienced architects and designers to create a home that is a true reflection of who you are. Once blueprints and designs have been approved, we can start acquiring the necessary permits required to complete the project. Since the permit process can be arduous and lengthy, we begin as early as possible and provide you with the necessary information to make your review period with building officials as brief as possible. During this process, you will begin making material and finish selections like plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, tile, countertops and cabinets. We have carefully selected vendors that we work closely with who can help when making these selections, although you are also welcome to go anywhere you feel comfortable. Our experienced residential builder will be your single point of contact throughout the entire building process, and will keep you updated with the latest developments, phases of the project and any adjustments.
